woke up this morning….( I leave the TV on all night )…with Dana Loesch, NRA spokesperson spewing lies…“Many in legacy media love mass shootings,” Loesch said after walking on stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference to a standing ovation. “I’m not saying you love the tragedy, but you love the ratings. Crying white mothers are ratings gold.”…then Wayne LaPierre, the NRA’s chief executive came on after Loesch sounding like trump…blaming the FBI, law enforcement and condemning gun-control advocates and the Media…“They don’t care about our schoolchildren, they want to make all of us less free.”…and then calling for armed security in our schools…“to stop a bad guy with a gun, it takes a good guy with a gun.”…trump tweets: “What many people don’t understand, or don’t want to understand, is that Wayne, Chris and the folks who work so hard at the @NRA are Great People and Great American Patriots. They love our Country and will do the right thing. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”…

then eighteen years ago Julia was born at 11:28 AM…on 12-22-2000 on a Tuesday… whatever year it is…that’s how old she is…Doris, Nancy and I had tickets to see The Lion King in New York…we had gotten the tickets months before…and, as it happened, it was Pam’s due date…Pam assured us she would wait to give birth…we should go to New York…we should go see The Lion King…and so we did…came home and Julia was born on Tuesday morning…she has turned into a lovely young woman…I call her the Renaissance girl…she does everyting well…including Math…and of course, a better artist than her grandfather…Pam and Jim took 6 of her friends out for dinner…Han Dynasty in Manayunk…big round table…John and Barbara and I represented the older generation…Julia starts the family Pisces birthdays…Sunday, my sister’s ( 67 ) ( was Jim’s grandmother’s also )… Monday is Pam’s ( 50 ) and then Wednesday is mine ( 75 )…less than one week away…how did we all get to be so old?…especially me?…Happy Birthday sweetheart…
